2021 Dakota Meat Convention

We had a good time at the 2021 Dakota Meat  Processors Convention in Brookings South Dakota on August 5-7. We took product to be judged. 

The Uncooked Specialty was on our Kickin Hot Sausage. 

The Cooked Specialty was on our Buffalo Chicken Brat.
